What Affects the Price
Three things move the figure on the quotation:
- —Target balls. The three standard balls cover walls up to 6.350 mm. If you measure thicker parts, the optional 5.00 mm and 7.00 mm balls are added to the order.
- —Options. Professional software, a printer and non-standard test fixtures are supplied to order.
- —Quantity and delivery terms. Several units on one order, and the trade term you need, change the total.

What the Standard Configuration Includes
Every KHT MTG-100 is supplied ready to measure: main unit, probe, data cable, power cord, steel target balls, calibration fixture, zeroing fixture, calibration thickness shims and technical documents.
When you compare quotations, check that calibration fixtures and thickness shims are in the box and not priced as extras — you cannot calibrate the gauge without them.

With these we confirm which balls you need and send the quotation and the datasheet together.
- —Material — PET, HDPE, glass, aluminium or something else.
- —Wall thickness range — the thinnest and the thickest wall you expect to measure.
- —Container type and size — so we can confirm which ball suits the corners, grooves and wall sections you need to reach.
- —Quantity and destination country.

- —You confirm, and we issue a proforma invoice.
- —The gauge is packed and shipped, and tracking details follow.
